User Terms of Service

This User Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitutes a valid and binding legal agreement between you (end user) and the operating party of Sovan application. These Terms apply to all access behaviors and usage scenarios of the Sovan sports record tool, including uploading sports content, saving sports logs and viewing system statistical data. By downloading, installing and using this application, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted all clauses of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any term of these Terms, you shall immediately stop using all functions and services of Sovan.

1. User Age Restriction

The Sovan application and all sports recording related services are only open to users aged 18 and above. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing and using this application and its functional services.

You declare that you have full legal capacity and have reached the legal adult age. We have the right to conduct real-time verification of user qualifications. Once underage usage is confirmed, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your usage authority without prior notice.

2. Service Function Description

Sovan is a lightweight personal sports record management tool dedicated to daily sports data recording and statistical analysis. The core functions of the application allow users to upload sports-related pictures and text record content, save all sports logs permanently in the application, and intuitively view automated statistical data generated by the system.

All functional services of the application are limited to personal daily sports recording and non-commercial use. We reserve the right to optimize data statistical algorithms, adjust record display styles and iterate functional details according to product operation needs, so as to continuously improve user experience. Minor function updates will take effect automatically after release without separate notification to users.

3. Usage Authorization & User Obligations

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable usage license. You can use all sports recording, content saving and data viewing functions of the application on your personal mobile devices for private sports record keeping only.

During the use of the application, you shall abide by applicable laws, regulations and public order and good customs, and shall not engage in the following prohibited behaviors:

• Use the application’s sports recording functions for commercial promotion, paid service, profit-making operation and other commercial behaviors without official written authorization;

• Upload and store illegal, violent, pornographic, discriminatory, infringing and other inappropriate pictures and text content in the name of sports record uploading;

• Decompile, reverse engineer, crack, modify or plagiarize the application’s program code, data statistics logic and system operation framework;

• Maliciously tamper with system statistical data, forge sports records, or interfere with the normal data calculation and service operation of the application;

• Use this platform to create, store and spread any content that violates national laws and regulations and social public morality.

4. User Content & Responsibility Specification

All sports pictures, text records and related content uploaded and saved by you through the application are defined as User Content. All ownership of User Content belongs exclusively to you.

You shall independently bear all legal responsibilities for the authenticity, legality and compliance of all uploaded sports records and related content. You warrant that all uploaded content does not infringe the copyright, portrait right, privacy right and other legitimate rights and interests of any third party. All legal disputes, economic losses and liability consequences arising from non-compliant content shall be borne solely by you.

All sports record storage and data statistics operations are completed locally on the user’s device. We will not actively collect, back up or share your private sports record content without your explicit authorization.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

All intellectual property rights of Sovan, including but not limited to application program code, data statistical algorithms, interface design, functional layout and system operation logic, are exclusively owned by our operating team and protected by intellectual property laws and international conventions.

Any unauthorized copying, dissemination, imitation, secondary modification and commercial use of the application’s core intellectual property is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities and claim compensation for all infringement behaviors.

6. Privacy & Data Security Guarantee

The application adheres to strict privacy protection principles. Sovan does not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, data tracking tools or user behavior statistics modules. It will not transmit, share or disclose users’ private sports records, picture materials and statistical data to any external third-party institutions or individuals.

All data processing and storage modes fully comply with Apple App Store review standards and global privacy compliance requirements, ensuring safe, standardized and legal operation of user data at all times.

7. Service Disclaimer

All functions of Sovan are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not provide any express or implied warranty for the absolute accuracy, complete stability and error-free operation of sports record storage and system data statistics functions.

We shall not be liable for data statistics deviation, record saving failure, service abnormality and data loss caused by device system faults, system incompatibility, network exceptions, force majeure and other objective factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Within the maximum scope permitted by applicable laws, our team shall not bear any indirect, incidental, special and consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to sports record loss, data statistics error losses and other indirect property losses.

9. Terms Update & Service Management

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms irregularly to adapt to product function upgrades and legal compliance adjustments. The updated Terms will be displayed inside the application with the latest update date marked and take effect immediately after publication. Your continued use of the application after the update is deemed as acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you violate any provisions of these Terms, we have the right to suspend or terminate your application usage qualification without prior notice.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable valid laws. Any disputes arising from the use of the application shall be resolved through friendly negotiation by both parties. If the negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent judicial authority for settlement.

12. Supplementary Provisions
