Sovan is a professional personalized sports log recording tool, dedicated to helping users systematically record daily sports and fitness content. Users can independently upload sports-related pictures and fill in customized sports record information to complete personal sports log creation. The application supports local saving of all sports records and automatically generates corresponding statistical data to intuitively display users’ sports status and fitness trends.

Sovan implements strict adult-only service access rules. All core functions and service permissions of the application are exclusively open to users who have reached the age of 18. We do not provide any service access for minors under 18 years old, and will not actively collect, store or process any personal data and sports record information of underage users. By downloading, installing and continuously using this application, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement and fully recognize and accept all terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Data Processing Scope & Classification

Adhering to the core compliance principle of data minimization and necessity, Sovan only processes limited data required to support the normal operation of sports recording and data statistics functions. We never collect any redundant, irrelevant or sensitive user data without explicit user authorization. All data generation and input behaviors are independently initiated and completely controlled by users.

User Sports Record Content: All sports photos, sports description text, fitness information and other record content voluntarily uploaded and edited by users are only used for creating personal sports logs, realizing local data storage and generating internal sports statistical analysis results. Such user-generated content is only for the user’s private sports record viewing and self-inspection, and will not be used for commercial promotion, public display or other non-service purposes.

Anonymous Device Operation Data: To ensure stable operation of the application, optimize sports data statistics accuracy, fix program running errors and improve overall user experience, we may collect non-identifiable anonymous device basic information, including device model, system version and application running logs. This type of data cannot locate individual user identities and will not be associated with users’ private sports record content.

3. Standard of Data Utilization

All processed user data is limited exclusively to legitimate service realization and optimization scenarios. We strictly prohibit any unauthorized use of user data. The application does not have automatic cloud uploading, remote synchronization or background backup functions. All user-uploaded sports pictures and edited sports record data are stored locally on the user’s device. The platform has no remote access authority and cannot obtain, copy or back up users’ private sports log content.

Users enjoy absolute independent ownership and management rights over all sports records and statistical data. You can freely create, view, edit and delete any sports log content, manually clean up application cache data at any time, and terminate all data processing behaviors of the platform by stopping the use of the application.

5. Zero Third-Party Data Sharing & Transmission

Sovan adopts a fully closed independent operation mode for all core sports recording and data statistics functions. We solemnly promise that we will never sell, rent, trade, share or disclose users’ sports photos, text records, sports statistical data and other private content to any third-party individuals, enterprises or institutions.

The application does not embed any third-party advertising SDKs, data tracking tools, statistical analysis plug-ins and other data collection components. All service links run independently without any third-party intervention, effectively eliminating the risk of user private data leakage from the source.

6. Strict Privacy Protection & Full Compliance Operation

The platform builds a complete closed-loop privacy protection system for user sports data. During all content processing and data statistics processes, we will not extract, identify or collect users’ facial biometric information, physical health sensitive data and other private information from uploaded sports photos. All data processing behaviors strictly comply with local legal regulations and Apple App Store compliance standards.

We always maintain standardized and transparent data operation procedures, without hidden background collection, unauthorized data invocation and other irregular behaviors, ensuring that all service and data processing links are legal, compliant and safe.
